Restrictions
– Infants are required to wear their own flotation devices as they are not provided.
– Guests must be 21 years old or older to consume alcoholic beverages.
– There is a minimum of 10 guests required for the trip to depart.
– Service animals, comfort animals, and pets are not permitted.
– The maximum capacity is 15 guests, regardless of age or size.
– Guests will be required to sign a waiver onboard the boat.
– Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
– The primary charterer must be 21 years old or older.
– The tour is not wheelchair or handicap accessible.
– There are no restroom facilities on board.
– Glass items are strictly prohibited.
